Calculate Windows Pagefile Size

This is just a resource for me.  Tons of posts involving this topic.  I hope to get these cleaned up and put into a nice table or something in the future, but I just need to dump these here for my reference immediately.

Most Important (IMO):  http://blogs.citrix.com/2011/12/23/the-pagefile-done-right/

Additional Links:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2021748 :”How to determine the appropriate page file size for 64-bit versions of Windows Server 2008 and or Windows 2008 R2″.  This one seems strangely written.  Not like Microsoft anyway with the writing style;  a lot of “w/o” and typos.
